Review by Sarah Bennett

Cantate, an album by Niccolò Zingarelli, Amarilli Nizza, and Giacomo Loprieno, is a beautiful collection of vocal music that showcases the talents of these three artists. The album features a variety of cantatas, all of which are performed with precision and emotion.

The first thing that stands out about this album is the quality of the performances. Nizza's soprano voice is clear and powerful, while Loprieno's tenor voice is rich and expressive. Both singers demonstrate excellent control and range, and they are able to convey a wide range of emotions through their performances.

Zingarelli's compositions are also impressive. The music is complex and challenging, but the performers handle it with ease. The pieces are well-structured and feature a variety of moods and themes, ranging from joyous and celebratory to melancholy and reflective.
